Our olive mill – Olio Roi

Olio Roi is the olive oil mill of our family for 5 generations.

We work the Taggiasca olive, harvested in our olive groves in Valle Argentina and also purchased from local olive growers, with whom there is a relationship of collaboration and trust that has been consolidated  for years.

The mill was completely renovated in 2018 to allow us to work with the high quality standards that have always distinguished us. The architects of the change are my husband Franco and my son Paolo.

We produce extra virgin olive oil Dop and Bio, real cru, the result of a wise annual and territorial selection of the best Taggiasca olives.
