Our Olive Mill - Olio ROI
The olive mill
For five generations, our family olive mill has brought together tradition and innovation. Renovated in 2018, it produces DOP and organic extra virgin olive oil from carefully selected Taggiasca olives, sourced from our own groves and trusted local growers.
The museum
The first olive mill, founded in 1887 by great-grandfather Pepin u Roi, is now a museum, a journey through traditional processing techniques, among stone millstones and the living memory of the land.

We have created an intimate and enveloping space, with walls in Ligurian stone, where a wellness path has been thoughtfully designed to awaken your senses and offer you the relaxation you deserve. Enjoy the sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower and whirlpool while sipping our exquisite natural herbal infusion made with olive leaves. All cosmetic products used are based on extra virgin olive oil, ensuring your wellness experience is fully connected to our land and our story.
Enhance your experience with Ligurian wines, local craft beers and ROI specialties, to be savored in your favorite corner of the Adagio. Relax in the shade of our olive trees, in the intimacy of the “Botte dei Pensieri,” in the calm of the SPA, or on the panoramic terrace.

The GAACI olive grove is nestled among the colors and scents of nature in Badalucco, in Western Liguria, surrounded by twisted olive trees and dry-stone walls, where the wind still carries the scent of the sea while the air already feels like the mountains. In this captivating setting, nature has been offering one of its most precious fruits for centuries: the Taggiasca olive. A light trek of about 30 minutes leads to the picnic area.
The MORGA olive grove opens like a natural amphitheater among the hills of Montalto Carpasio, in the most secluded and protected part of the Valle Argentina. Here, the mountains shield the area from cold northern winds, creating a unique, mild, and enveloping microclimate. Fully south-facing, this olive grove receives sunlight from the early hours of the morning, gently guiding the olives’ ripening throughout the day. Its six hectares unfold in an orderly and harmonious layout, where each tree finds its own space and light. The Morga olive grove is accessible by car, with parking available.
